Quarterly subscriptions for differing sizes of houses (a repaint credit of £3.50 or £7.00 per quarter may apply) are (2021 figures):
- Less than 1,250 sq ft: £132.95
- Over 1,250 sq ft: £170.50
Fees to the Village Association are paid every 6 months in June and December at the annual rate of £21.40 for every 100 square feet of floorspace in the property. Houses vary from 1060 sq ft to 2400 sq ft.

The external redecoration of the neighbourhood by the society took place in 2021 and is due again in 2025.
