Quarterly subscriptions for differing sizes of houses (discounts are available for residents that undertake maintenance of their front gardens, depending on the size of the area) are (2022 figures):
- Less than 1300 sq ft: £112.85
- Less than 1600 sq ft: £124.62
- Greater than 1601 sq ft: £137.76
Fees to the Village Association are paid every 6 months in June and December at the annual rate of £21.40 for every 100 square feet of floorspace in the property. Houses vary from 1082 sq ft to 2163 sq ft.
