Quarterly subscriptions for differing sizes of houses (there is a 10% discount for payment within a month) are (2024 figures):

• Less than 850 sq ft: £112.10
• 850 – 1,250 sq ft: £137.69
• Over 1,250 sq ft: £148.94

Fees to the Village Association are paid every 6 months in June and December at the annual rate of £22.50 for every 100 square feet of floorspace in the property. Houses vary from 772 sq ft to 1494 sq ft.

The external redecoration of the neighbourhood by the Society took place in 2021 and is due again in 2025.
