This privacy notice is published in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which formally comes into effect of the 25th May 2018.  This notice provides general information on the way in which the personal information you provide is managed and processed by New Ash Green Village Association Limited (the data controller).

Information we collect about you
We may collect and process the following data about you:

  1. Information provided voluntarily by you. For example, when you contact us for the following reasons:
  • Consent to make an alteration to your property
  • Request information regarding paying contributions by standing order / direct debit / card payment
  • Advise us that you are selling / buying a property
  • You wish us to pass a query or complaint to an individual Residents Society
  • You wish us to advise a statutory body of a complaint e. Police, local authority etc
  1. Information that you provide when you communicate with us by any means such as email, letter or telephone call.

 Use of your personal data
The information you have provided to New Ash Green Village Association will be used appropriately dependent on your initial enquiry and will be kept on file as required in accordance with the information required to maintain adequate records.

Your personal information will not be shared with any third party without your prior consent.

Information Security
New Ash Green Village Association cares to ensure the security of personal data.  We strive to make sure that your information is protected from unauthorised access, loss, manipulation, falsification, destruction or unauthorised disclosure. This is done through appropriate technical measures and relevant policies.

We will only keep your data for the purpose it was collected for and only for as long as is necessary. After which it will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

 Children
We will not process any data relating to a child (under 13) without the express parental/ guardian consent of the child concerned.

Access to Information

 Information Correction
If you believe that the information we have about you is incorrect, you may contact us so that we can update it and keep your data accurate. Please contact: finance@nagval.com

 Information Deletion
If you wish New Ash Green Village Association Limited to delete the information about you, please contact: finance@nagval.com

Right to Object
If you believe that your data is not being processed for the purpose it has been collected for, you may object: Please contact finance@nagval.com

 Rights Related to Automated Decision Making and Profiling
New Ash Green Village Association Limited does not use automated decision making or profiling of personal data.
