- Less than 1,100 sq ft: £139.50
- 1,101 – 1,249 sq ft: £162.75
- Over 1,250 sq ft: £186.30
Fees to the Village Association are paid every 6 months in June and December at the annual rate of £21.40for every 100 square feet of floorspace in the property. Houses vary from 960 sq ft to 1473 sq ft.
