Current Quarterly subscriptions for differing sizes of houses as of 2023 are;

  • Less than 1,100 sq ft: £146.07 per quarter (£584.28 per annum)
  • 1,101 – 1,250 sq ft: £165.28 per quarter (£661.12 per annum)
  • Over 1,250 sq ft: £190.51 per quarter (£762.04 per annum)

Fees to the Village Association are paid every 6 months in June and December at the annual rate of £22.50 for every 100 square feet of floorspace in the property. Houses vary from 865 sq ft to 1895 sq ft.

Due to the SPAN design of the neighbourhood, please be advised that should a replacement front door be required, it should be a uPVC SPAN Door with Side Panels finished in white, as per the neighbourhood colour scheme.

Refuse collection on Tuesday.

The next external redecoration of the neighbourhood by the Society is due in 2025.
