- 1- & 2-bed houses: £72.40
- 3-bed semi-detached houses: £88.70
- 4-bed detached houses: £95.94
There is a small discount rate if paying by standing order.
Fees to the Village Association are paid every 6 months in June and December at the annual rate of £21.40 for every 100 square feet of floorspace in the property. Houses vary from 437 sq ft to 1450 sq ft.
