Quarterly subscriptions for differing sizes of property are (2021 figures):
- All properties are £40 per quarter
Fees to the Village Association are paid quarterly in arrears in March, June, September and December at the annual rate of £23.60 for every 100 square feet of floorspace in the property. Houses vary from 1443 sq ft to 1903 sq ft.
